We offer free delivery throughout Switzerland. Internationally, we ship to North and South America, all of Europe, and Asia. Delivery times vary depending on the country.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Switzerland is always free. International shipping is also free for orders over CHF 50.

How does the exchange or return of an order work?

You have 14 days to exchange or return your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

What happens if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?

Should your package be damaged or lost in transit, we will of course replace your order.
